Shipping
All of our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service(USPS) via Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail, based on your mailing preferences. All orders will be trackable.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns/ Exchanges are eligible within 10 days of receipt of package. The 10 day period is determined by the delivery tracking number that CrazeAbout provides once product/s has shipped and arrived. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, less the shipping costs.
Please be advised that customers are responsible for return shipping fees on refunds and exchanges. You must ship back via United States Postal Services (USPS) to CrazeAbout 3 Lucas Lane Millstone Twp. , NJ, 08510-7910. All packages must be shipped with a tracking number.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise or Wrong Product Delivery
If a product sent to you is damaged, or the wrong product has been sent to you from the order that was placed, proof of purchase (order #/ receipt) must be supplied along with a clear photo of the item/s. Upon approval by our support team, replacements/refunds will be provided with free return shipping. Buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason after 10 days of receipt of item/s. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not fit this criteria.
